Sara Nelson Smith, a Psychology graduate at BYU–Hawai'i and a zipline attendant, joins us on the podcast today. She graces us with jokes for the joke minute. She also shares her story on suicide ideation and she gives many wonderful tips on how we can keep on keeping on. Her tips combine levity and kindness to help us in talking about such serious topics.
